Job Title: Outbound Call Center Professional

Location: Redmond or Lacey, WA

Position reports to: Call Center Supervisor

Established outbound technology call center is looking for Outbound Call Center Professionals. Benefits include:

Position Summary:

CSG (www.csgchannels.com) helps large technology companies build relationships with their business partners. As a CSG Call Center Professional you will be making outbound calls to companies that have relationships with our customers. During these calls you will help companies’ access resources and tools provided by our customers to help them grow and develop their businesses. All of our calls are to companies on behalf of our clients not to residences.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Product awareness and education
  • Directing companies to training and business development content
  • Helping them navigate company websites and partner program information
  • Renew their business relationships and licenses
  • Extend invitations to attend events and road shows held by our customers

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Possess a passion for technology and the technology industry
  • Maintain and update detailed electronic records of all communications
  • Successfully execute multiple projects at one time
  • Provide feedback to management on programs successes and failures
  • Make outbound calls 
  • Utilize active listening skills on all conversations

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years combination of customer service or sales experience, or some college coursework/degree
  • A High School diploma or GED required
  • A strong knowledge of the Internet and solid MS Outlook and Office skills
  • Proven written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to easily converse with all levels in an enterprise organization
Ideal Qualifications:
  • 1 year of successful sales or client relationship management experience
  • Experience with selling service (vs. product)
  • Nurture sales leads that result in qualified opportunities for outside organizations
  • Solution selling experience and formal training
