CSG To Host Series of Joint-Webinars with Channel Enablers

Redmond, WA- Channel Services Group (CSG), the leader in channel communication and partner management, announced the organization will be hosting a series of joint-webinars with alliance partner Channel Enablers. CSG and Channel Enablers will be hosting the first webinar entitled “Optimize Your Partner Coverage” on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 12 p.m. PST.

“Working with Channel Enablers on this webinar has been a fantastic experience,” VP of Sales, Joby Pearson said. “The entire series of webinars will focus exclusively on best practices learned throughout both CSG and Channel Enablers many years in the channel industry.”

The first webinar, “Optimize Your Partner Coverage,” will focus on having too much or too little customer coverage with partners. Channel Enablers will share insight on identifying the “right coverage,” conducting channel capacity analysis and repercussions resulting in margin erosion or missed sales opportunities from excess or absent customer coverage. CSG will highlight aligning software tools and resources to help support and manage indirect channels. In addition, CSG will also share data tracking and reporting tactic to make actionable business decisions.

The remaining webinar series will address concerns and successful programs evident in channel programs including: the discipline of recruiting the right partners, telling partner investment propositions and finding the diamonds in the rough while weeding out the deceivers.

“We decided to focus on these indirect channel subjects as they have been areas of concern and needs for resolution for our clients and Channel Enablers,” Pearson said. “I think attendees of the webinar will gain great channel insight on various partner programs to run and increase channel efficiency.”
