
REDMOND, WA -Channel Services Group (CSG) announced today the latest release of partner management system, BLUEROADS. The new release of BLUEROADS builds upon the enterprise company’s software as a service (SaaS) deal registration module with improvements in the cross-sell and up-sell functions. BLUEROADS is engineered to give partners the advantage to increase deal size and maximize immediate revenue with advanced sales intelligence and vendor promotions.

The new BLUEROADS platform helps partners sell complementary products to end customers and partner-vendor merchandise suggestions when registering an opportunity. This feature encourages partners to offer several products to customers rather than one.
“By helping partners with product recommendations, businesses are seeing a higher percentage of leads close into successful deals with increased deal size,” Leon said. “The return on investment with deal registration campaigns are fully maximized.”
Product Manager, Jason Hardy-Smith said the release also gives partners the opportunity to upload marketing collateral, call sheets and product release information so partners are educated and trained in a suite of products.
“Most resellers work with numerous vendors, and don’t have the time dedicated to training vendors on all the products they offer,” Hardy-Smith said. “BLUEROADS gives partners the skills and knowledge they need to promote products and recommend the right bundled solution.”
In addition to the cross-sell and up-sell improvements, BLUEROADS new release includes enhancements within the user interface, duplicate detecting and the ability for administrators to transition between accounts easily.
