
REDMOND, WA - Channel Services Group (CSG) announced today the latest release of their Partner Opportunity Management application; BLUEROADS 6.9.8. The new release of BLUEROADS builds upon the enterprise company’s software as a service (SaaS) platform and is engineered to give partners the advantage of social media integration and click-to-chat communication for advanced sales intelligence.

The new BLUEROADS 6.9.8 platform contains Linkedin integrations for partners and vendors to leverage Linkedin search tools to increase knowledge of a prospect company and easily access additional contacts in their network to help increase Partner sales closure rates.
“Linkedin is a great resource and tool for partners to get connected and conduct a quick analysis of companies they want to work with,” Leon said. “Partners will spend less time and money investigating over the Internet and more time selling.”
VP of Product Marketing Jason Hardy-Smith said the 6.9.8 release also gives partners the opportunity to click-to-chat with CSG’s OPENLINE call center agents to verify lead progress, partner performance and provide closed-loop feedback on sales opportunities within the pipeline.
“The click-to-chat feature was built so customers can leverage CSG’s deep channel knowledge and BLUEROADS expertise by chatting directly with channel focused call center agents from within the BLUEROADS application,” VP of Product Marketing Jason Hardy-Smith said. “This benefits our customers with the ability to engage in live chat providing better communication with improved program and system adoption by Partners. BLUEROADS click-to-chat gives partners the support and guidance other PRM companies don’t provide.”
In addition to the Linkedin and click-to-chat functions, BLUEROADS 6.9.8 includes enhancements to the user interface, notifications, web service APIs, reporting, and extended browser support.
