
REDMOND, WA—Channel Services Group (CSG) today released results from a client case study showcasing CSG’s Partner Awareness Program and a 75 percent increase in partner participation. CSG’s Partner Awareness Program is designed to offer targeted vendor messaging about various programs, engage partners with campaign calls to action, act as an expert vendor resource and increase loyalty through a strategic quarterly phone call.
In the case study, the vendor described was struggling with motivating partner’s to take advantage of their partner program offerings. Struggles stemmed from an unmanaged business breadth and lack of knowledge of services and solutions offered to partners as a member of the partner community.
