CSG Named Vendor of Record at Large Software Company
04-Aug-2010REDMOND, WA—Channel Services Group (CSG) today announced the company has signed as agreement with a large software Vendor based out of Redmond, Wash., to be the sole provider of telecommunication and chat marketing messaging for the Vendor’s Partner Network. As the premier provider of marketing technology communications, CSG will deliver and support the partner community with recruitment, renewal, certifications, BDMs, account management and competitive sales.
“We look forward to the next chapter with our ongoing relationship with this large technology vendor,” CEO, Jay Leon said. “As we move forward into the next fiscal year, we will continue to deliver the best possible service to our Vendor and their partner networks.”
CSG has provided ongoing channel services to the large software Vendor for the past 12 years and has supported the Vendor’s many partner programs with tailored products supporting partner awareness, adoption, enablement, training and sales management. To administer and manage the Vendor’s high-volume of partners and various programs, CSG has instituted both an inbound and outbound call and chat infrastructure to support, guide and service the partner network.
“We hope to continue to expand our current business with this large technology Vendor by continually adding projects,” Leon said. “With new development in the cloud and virtualization, I believe CSG has some strong areas to grow and support the Vendor’s partner network.”
