The Client needed assistance recruiting new partners for its IT Academy Program and renewing current subscribers to the Program. The IT Academy Program is a subscription-based membership program designed to help schools offer students and educators learning solutions for IT skills training and certification, as well as technology essentials for professionals.
Channel Services Group deployed a Certification Guidance Team on behalf of the Company to assist potential IT Academies with the certification process as well as helping existing IT Academies with renewing their current subscriptions.
The Certification Guidance Team drove revenue to the Client by executing a variety of methods such as, live person chat, e-mail, and phone calls to offer prescriptive guidance to decision makers and Program Administrators at prospective and current IT Academies. They also expanded the knowledge and awareness of what the IT Academy Program offers to potential institutions as well provide insight on the new offerings to current subscribers. The main goal was to sell subscriptions and renewals for the IT Academy Program to relevant partners. That goal was achieved and the Company received a significant increase in revenue through the sale of certification products/services and subscriptions renewals by CSG.
