CSG Enables Partner Success With $14 Million Generated
10-Jun-2010Channel Services Group (CSG) completed a case study today on a three year channel program involving partner enablement and a recorded $14 million generated in revenue for 2010. With CSG’s partner expert team, the large software Company was able to recruit and retain partner involvement for its highly acclaimed partner program.
In 2006, CSG’s Customer was experiencing difficulty recruiting and retaining partner involvement within their channel program. Partners were asked to complete new qualifications and competencies to enroll in the channel program and found Company sponsored resources limited in facilitating the enrollment process.
As a result, CSG’s Customer was losing revenue at a rapid rate. CSG deployed a Partner Expert Team to address the client’s pain points and delivered highly targeted campaigns focusing on enrollment, recruitment, competencies and Company communication. By profiling each business and identifying organizational goals, Experts enabled partners to complete program requirements and successfully take advantage of program benefits.
As a result of CSG’s efforts, CSG’s Customer generated $14 million in 2010, enrolled 4,400 new partners in the channel program and increased partner satisfaction with a new-found loyal vendor/partner relationship.
