CSG Delivers $1.8 Million and 27X ROI in 7 Months through SMB Partners

REDMOND, WA - CSG is happy to announce we have delivered $1.8 Million, a 27X ROI, for a large technology Vendor in 7 months. This was accomplished through the engagement of many SMB channel partners whom they had yet to establish relationships with after a recent company acquisition.

To accomplish these significant results, CSG appointed a virtual account management team to carry out the project gathering information to profile the partners, glean insight into their sales pipeline then onboarding them to sell the Vendor’s professional service products. Through these efforts CSG was able to reduce the list of 500 partners given to us by the Vendor to the 120 partners most appropriate for this program. CSG had promised to deliver 10X ROI over the year long program but achieved those results in just a few short months.

While the initial results have been remarkable, CSG still has many more partners to engage to raise their selling potential. This leads us to believe there is significant revenue potential in this tier two and tier three market segment. The strong start to this program is encouraging and we aim to improve upon our initial achievement and continue to grow the Vendor’s revenue over the remainder of the year-long agreement.
