CSG Completes Client Spotlight Showcasing Community Connections Program
15-Oct-2010REDMOND, WA - Channel Services Group (CSG) completed a Client Spotlight this week showcasing another overwhelming success for CSG. The Client Spotlight highlights CSG’s ability to expand channel capabilities through community connection programs.
A Redmond, WA based enterprise software Vendor was having difficulty engaging local communities to spread awareness about the introduction of new products and technologies. To further distribute pertinent messages, the Vendor enlisted CSG to identify and reach out to channel partners and non-profit organizations (NPOs) to set up grass roots events, highlighting newly-released software.
Through the creation of an efficient Community Connections Program, CSG was able to cultivate dialogue regarding the Vendor’s products and introduce their partners as thought leaders and reliable sources for technology insights within their local communities. CSGs Business Development Managers (BDM’s) ensured partner and organization participation in events, oversaw logistical arrangements and managed event registration. Following each event, CSG followed up with participants to measure the success of the program.
The Community Connections Program has been extremely successful and is currently in its second year of operation. The initiative has effectively increased awareness and early adoption of new software products and services by engaging the community.
