CSG Completes Client Spotlight Showcasing 25 to One Return on Investment

REDMOND, WA - Channel Services Group (CSG) completed a Client Spotlight this week showcasing yet another great success for CSG. The Client Spotlight highlights CSG’s telepartner account management services and the programs production of a 25 to one return on investment and $4.9 million in generated revenue.

A Redmond, WA based enterprise technology company was struggling with the engagement, business development and management of partners within a channel partner division entitled the Small Medium Business (SMB) community. Due to the high volume assistance and guidance needed in the SMB partner space, the vendor employed CSG to significantly boost volume licensing sales and increase revenue with 1,800 select partners.
