CSG Celebrates 15 Million Telephone Interactions

REDMOND, WA--Channel Services Group (CSG) celebrated today, the organization’s 15 millionth OPENLINE call center interaction at 8:30 a.m. PST and included a central region tele-partner account manager and software channel partner in Saginaw, Michigan.

The 15 millionth phone conversation is a landmark in the company’s 13 years of business and highlights the organization’s expansion of programs and global capabilities. In addition to today’s landmark, CSG also set a record with the most profitable Q3 in the history of the company.
