CSG Becomes ISV Certified
04-Jun-2010Channel Services Group (CSG) is excited to announce the attainment of the ISV/Software Competency within the Microsoft Partner Network. The ISV/Software Competency is reserved for companies demonstrating expertise in application development and execution using Microsoft-compatible software solutions.
“We are extremely excited to achieve this competency,” Derek Anderson, VP of Operations said. “CSG will continue to achieve proficiencies and certifications in the technology sector to better our client and customer relationships and provide our agent teams first-hand knowledge to enable them to help other organizations achieve their business goals.”
CSG earned the ISV/Competency by building a SaaS referral tool for CSG’s call center business. The referral tool provides access for our Customer’s employees and their other vendors to send partner referrals for follow-up by our own CSG’s Expert Teams. CSG’s software application utilized Microsoft’s Windows Server 2008, Hyper-V and SQL Server 2008 to fulfill certification requirements.
By earning the ISV designation, CSG is kept up-to date with Microsoft Software releases for quick integration and deployment of cutting edge software and utilization of numerous licensing opportunities. With this competency, CSG is able to provide first-hand insight of requirements, successful resources and latest Microsoft technologies to help other channel partners.
In addition to the ISV competency, CSG has also qualified as a Microsoft Front Runner. As a qualified Front Runner participant, CSG is able to release solutions alongside Microsoft newest products for fast market penetration.
