REDMOND, WA- Channel Services Group (CSG) wrapped up an eventful three days this past weekend at the SMB Nation Fall 2011 Conference in Las Vegas. This year's SMB Nation theme was entitled "Pivot" and focused on the next wave of emerging technologies including cloud and hybrid solutions.
The CSG Team showcased the launch of its new TeleSales and Marketing Consulting Services. It also featured its Partner Recruitment and Enablement program, Universal Deal Registration System, Certification Program and Partner Accelerator Program. CSG shared best practice white papers, case studies and client ROI stories.
Jay Leon, CSG's CEO, spoke during the event, sharing some best practices and learning's from the past year as companies engage the cloud and increase channel revenue sales.
Every year SMB Nation brings together large technology vendors and small-to-medium sized businesses to discuss areas of growth in the next generation of SMB technology. There were over 500 SMB channel partners, consultants, techs, geeks, MVPs and resellers as well as over 60 SMB technology sponsors/vendors in attendance. The conference held over 30 technical and business content sessions. This years' speakers delivered unique content on Small Business Server 2011 Essentials, Office 365, cloud and hybrid computing, managed services provider (MSP) business models and important 'BusinessSpeak' topics such as increasing technology sales.
